What the assistant is seeing

It reads every document against every other, across every client, and brings you what does not add up.

Emerging risks

Patterns no single case shows. The assistant suggests a change to practice. A reviewer decides whether it becomes one.

    When the rules change

When a reckoner or the Department's guidance changes, the assistant finds every case that relied on the old wording. Past approvals are not re-opened automatically. A person decides.

    Getting better

Every accept, edit and reject teaches it what reviewers here expect.

Accepted without change is not accuracy. Spot checks sample the accepted outputs too.

    Where it runs

    Location
Data stays in Australia, processed and stored.
    Training
No client data is used to train any model outside Eco Auditors' ring-fenced environment.
    Provider
Zero data retention with the provider. Nothing is kept after a request is answered.
    Identity
Every action is logged against a service role, never a person's sign-in.

What the service role cannot do. Write a risk conclusion, close a mitigation or sign an approval. Those need a named reviewer or the client.
